This form is used to gather basic information about your proposed workshop/event, to see if it will be a good fit for the WSCC Community. If your idea is approved, a more detailed application form will be sent to you for completion, so please don't take too much time on this first stage. Thank you.

Please Note: If you choose to run the workshop as a contractor, you will be required to have your own current Public Liability Insurance, and be able to supply WSCC with a Certificate of Currency. If you choose to volunteer, your insurance will be covered by WSCC.

Materials/supplies needed per student? (eg. 2 x A3 sheets of paper, Watercolour Pan and 3 brushes)

We may have the necessary materials at WSCC already, but if the required materials would need to be purchased new, please provide a rough cost per student. Detailed costings will be done in the formal application, so a rough idea is fine.

If your students will be creating something in the workshop, please include a minimum of 2 example images of what they might create.It can be your own work, or a Pinterest image or similar. Just whatever is the most indicative of the project.
